Blue Projects is looking for a results-driven and confident Accounting Team Lead to manage financial performance across our global entities. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering the opportunity to make a significant impact on our financial processes while being a key player in the SAP financial module implementation—ensuring seamless customization, data integrity, and system roll-out.
What You’ll Do
✅ Prepare and manage group consolidated financial statements and monthly reports
✅ Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reconciliations
✅ Ensure compliance with IFRS and global financial regulations
✅ Develop and maintain financial controls and policies
✅ Provide strategic financial insights to senior leadership
✅ Oversee the month-end and year-end closing process
✅ Manage tax filings and reporting requirements across multiple entities
✅ Drive SAP financial module implementation and optimization
What We’re Looking For
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
✔ Proven experience in financial controlling and reporting
✔ Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial data analysis
✔ Advanced Excel skills and SAP financial module expertise
✔ Ability to translate complex financial data into business insights
✔ Excellent English communication skills
