Responsibilities:

  • Contract Management
  • Tender management and preparing tender packages
  • Understanding tendering procedures and ensuring compliance with internal processes
  • Participating in commercial discussions and keeping minutes of meetings
  • Preparing contracts and purchase orders
  • Following tender inquiry completion from end to end
  • Reporting on tender progress
  • Order management and maintaining supplier relationships
  • Reviewing business contracts and administering payments

Project Controls

  • Participating in project meetings and maintaining action lists
  • Supporting project teams with document formatting
  • Working closely with Project Managers to integrate project status
  • Identifying efficiency opportunities within project teams
  • Managing document approval processes
  • Controlling project documentation across multiple simultaneous projects
  • Maintaining project controls registers and ensuring proper archiving

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree (Engineering/Technical, Law or Economics would represent an advantage)
  • Fluency in English and Polish (both verbal and written is a must)
  • Excellent PC skills: Microsoft Office, Word, impeccable Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Minimum 2-3 years of contract administration experience
  • Willing to travel abroad and/or relocate project-based – would be a plus
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar position or procurement background

Previous exposure to large engineering and construction projects represents an advantage
